DESCRIPTION OF FOLLETTO EVENT – M2L

During the award ceremony for the 80th anniversary of the National Sales Convention, M2L Società Cooperativa worked to ‘highlight’ the skill of those performing on stage, The aim was to best express the concept of ‘Voyagers’, designed by Merlo, and tell how the historical evolution of Italy and Folletto products had gone hand in hand.
Innovative M2L technology helped to amaze the more than 1,000 guests. Over the course of two evenings, they enjoyed the host, Giorgia Palmas, and the presence of some extraordinary guests. There was a backdrop of a breathtaking scenery in which ample LED surfaces had been installed. In addition, there was a see-through screen as well as different alternating entertainment episodes, each aimed at representing a decade of the twentieth century from the 1930s to the 2000.
The opening of the second evening was particularly popular due to the performance of the masterful Luca Laurenti. He was disguised as an astronaut, suspended in the void, who drew LED circles to the rhythm of music just before the arrival of Paolo Bonolis. Other highlights included a fascinating choreography of light drumming from the 1990s followed by a free-style competition between Ensi and Fred De Palma, which finally brought guests back to the current millennium.
